DEUTSCH (maßgebliche Fassung)

"Die Software" sind Asmonite.exe, Dismonite.exe, asmoc.exe, conwatch.exe,
dbgload.com und alle Dateien, die mit ihnen ausgeliefert werden.

1. Nutzung
   Die Software ist kostenlos (Freeware). Jede Person und jedes Unternehmen
   darf sie für private und gewerbliche Zwecke auf beliebig vielen Rechnern
   nutzen.

2. Ihre Programme gehören Ihnen
   Was Sie mit der Software erstellen - zum Beispiel assemblierte Programme,
   Quelltexte oder aus Dismonite exportierte .asm-Dateien -, gehört Ihnen.
   Sie dürfen es ohne Einschränkung nutzen, weitergeben und verkaufen; diese
   Lizenz stellt daran keine Bedingungen. Rechte Dritter an Programmen, die Sie
   mit der Software untersuchen, bleiben davon unberührt.

3. Weitergabe
   Sie dürfen die Software weitergeben und zum Beispiel auf Download-Seiten
   anbieten, wenn sie unverändert und vollständig, zusammen mit dieser Lizenz,
   weitergegeben wird und für die Software selbst kein Entgelt verlangt wird.

4. Nicht erlaubt
   - veränderte Fassungen der Software weiterzugeben oder zu veröffentlichen,
   - die Software zu verkaufen oder zu vermieten,
   - Urheberrechtsvermerke zu entfernen oder zu ändern.

5. Untersuchung fremder Programme
   Wer mit Dismonite oder dem Debugger Programme Dritter untersucht, ist
   selbst dafür verantwortlich, dass er dazu berechtigt ist (in Deutschland
   unter anderem nach §§ 69d und 69e UrhG).

6. Gewährleistung und Haftung
   Die Software wird unentgeltlich und ohne Gewähr überlassen. Der Urheber
   haftet nur für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit; für Mängel nur, wenn er
   sie arglistig verschwiegen hat. Die Haftung nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz
   und für die Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit bleibt unberührt.
   Bitte sichern Sie Ihre Daten und Quelltexte regelmäßig.

7. Fremde Software
   Die Software enthält keine Bestandteile Dritter, die eine eigene Lizenz
   haben. Für das Debuggen von DOS-Programmen kann sie QEMU und FreeDOS
   verwenden; diese werden nicht mitgeliefert und stehen unter ihren eigenen
   Lizenzen.

8. Recht
   Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Weichen die deutsche und
   die englische Fassung voneinander ab, gilt die deutsche.

"The software" means Asmonite.exe, Dismonite.exe, asmoc.exe, conwatch.exe,
dbgload.com and all files delivered with them.

1. Use
   The software is free of charge (freeware). Any person and any company may
   use it for private and commercial purposes on any number of computers.

2. Your programs are yours
   What you create with the software - for example assembled programs, source
   code or .asm files exported from Dismonite - belongs to you. You may use,
   distribute and sell it without restriction; this license sets no conditions
   on it. The rights of third parties in programs you examine with the software
   are not affected.

3. Redistribution
   You may pass the software on and offer it, for example, on download sites,
   if it is passed on unchanged and complete, together with this license, and
   no fee is charged for the software itself.

4. Not permitted
   - to distribute or publish modified versions of the software,
   - to sell or rent the software,
   - to remove or change copyright notices.

5. Examining programs of others
   Whoever examines programs of third parties with Dismonite or the debugger
   is responsible for being entitled to do so (in Germany, among others, under
   §§ 69d and 69e of the Copyright Act, UrhG).

6. Warranty and liability
   The software is provided free of charge and without warranty. The author is
   liable only for intent and gross negligence; for defects only if he
   fraudulently concealed them. Liability under the German Product Liability
   Act and for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected. Please back
   up your data and source code regularly.

7. Software of others
   The software contains no parts of third parties that have a license of
   their own. For debugging DOS programs it can use QEMU and FreeDOS; these are
   not included and are under their own licenses.

8. Law
   The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If the German and the
   English version differ, the German version prevails.
